Smart Dispatching Technical Support System
Applications

The Smart Dispatching Technical Support System (E8000) is a new generation system developed with a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). It complies with international standards IEC 61970/IEC 61968 and fully incorporates specifications from systems such as the State Grid Corporation of China's power grid dispatching and control system and China Southern Power Grid's integrated smart grid operation system. As a highly integrated system for dispatching operations, the E8000 system achieves horizontal integration of various specialized application systems within the power grid dispatching and control center. It consolidates traditionally separate business applications—such as dispatching, centralized control, distribution, relay protection, and security automation—into a single system. Concurrently, it facilitates vertical connection across dispatching control centers at all levels as well as plants and substations, enabling the sharing and coordination of information for planning, data management, analysis, and control in dispatching operations. It serves as a comprehensive solution for power dispatching and control centers of all types and levels to realize smart grid operation control and optimized management.
